How do I create a Crate and Barrel registry online?
To create a registry with Crate and Barrel, simply log on to www.weddingchannel.com and follow these steps:
 
1. Click on “Registry” from the top navigation bar.
2. On the Registry Homepage you will see the list of our partner stores.  Select "Crate&Barrel."
3. You will be directed to a store-page where you can begin the online registry process by either electing to create a new account, or by logging into your existing WeddingChannel.com account.
4. At the end of the process -- just two easy steps -- you will be given a registry number on your registry confirmation page. Please keep this number for your records.  
 
After you have started your registry, you can begin adding products from our online catalog. You can also remove items from your registry by changing the numbers in the indicated fields, and clicking on the appropriate "Update" link.

Why can’t I find my Crate and Barrel registry online?
New Crate and Barrel registries take up to 24 hours to appear on our site.  Please check back again then.

I created my Crate and Barrel registry over 24 hours ago. Why can’t I find it online?
Please verify through your www.crateandbarrel.com account that your Guest Access preference is set to allow others to view your registry at both crateandbarrel.com and WeddingChannel.com.  Any changes you make will take 24 hours to reflect on our site.
 
Once your Crate and Barrel registry is available on the WeddingChannel.com guest search, you can then claim it to your account.  Log in to your WeddingChannel.com account, and click on the 'Registry' link located on the top navigation bar. Then, click on "Created a registry in store? Find and access it here."

How long will it take for changes on my Crate and Barrel registry to be reflected online?
Modifications to your Crate and Barrel registry will take no more than 24 hours to reflect on our site, depending on the updates.  If, after this time, the changes are still not showing on www.weddingchannel.com, please provide us with the following information so that we may research the situation further:
 
* Full names of the Bride and Groom
* Wedding date
* Wedding city and state
* Description of modifications (addition/deletion? item name? quantity?)

How do I link my Crate and Barrel registry to my WeddingChannel.com account?
To add an in-store registry to your account, just follow these easy steps:
 
1. Log in to your WeddingChannel.com account.
2. Click on “Registry” from the top navigation bar.
3. On the Registry Center page, click on the "Created a registry in store? Find and access it here" link located on the right-hand side of the page.
4. From the "Find your in-store registry" page, enter your event month and year, and confirm that the name matches the information that you provided when you registered in the store. If there are any differences, make those changes now, and click "Search."
5. Select your registry and click "Add this registry."

What do I do if I’m having problems with my Crate and Barrel registry?

How do I order enclosure cards?
You can now order your enclosure cards online from your Wedding Account.  Once you're logged in, click on the “Registry” link located on the top navigation bar, then click on "Enclosure Cards."
 
I live outside the United States.  Can I get enclosure cards sent to me?
Unfortunately, enclosure cards cannot be sent outside of the United States.

How do I find a couple’s Crate and Barrel registry?
To locate a registry, visit our homepage at http://www.weddingchannel.com, and fill in the name of the bride or groom in the search fields of our Couples’ Search on the upper right-hand side of the page. If the couple is registered at Crate and Barrel, the registry will display. 

How do I purchase a gift from a couple’s Crate and Barrel registry?
When you have successfully searched for and located the couple’s registries, simply click on the store name to view the contents of their registry.  
 
Once you have found an item you want to purchase, enter the desired quantity and click on "Add to bag." On the following page, you can check out as a new or returning customer, and you will be prompted to enter necessary information to complete the online checkout process.

How do I order off of a couple’s Crate and Barrel registry if I live outside the United States?
