How do I access my gift registries through WeddingChannel.com?
To access a gift registry you’ve created, just follow these easy steps:
- Log on to www.WeddingChannel.com.
- Click on the "Log In" button located in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
- Enter your email address and password.
- Click the "go" button.
Once you are logged in, you will see icons for each of your registries beneath the header “Create & Manage your registries online.”
If you haven't yet created a free WeddingChannel.com account, simply follow the below directions in order to create one and access any registries you have created.
- Log on to www.WeddingChannel.com .
- Click on "Sign Up" located in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
- Create your personal WeddingChannel.com account from the "Free Membership" page. If you've already registered in a store, be sure to enter your names and wedding date exactly as you did on your in-store registry.
- From the "Your Registries" page, associate your registry to your newly created account by checking the appropriate box.
How do I add a registry I created in a store to my WeddingChannel.com account?
To add an in-store registry to your account, just follow these easy steps:
- Log in to your WeddingChannel.com account.
- On your account homepage, click on the "Registry" link located on the left-hand side of the page.
- On the Registry Center page, click on the "Created a registry in store? Find and access it here" link located on the right-hand side of the page.
- From the "Find your in-store registry" page, enter your event month and year, and confirm that the name matches the information that you provided when you registered in the store. If there are any differences, make those changes now, and click "Search."
- Select your registry and click "Add this registry."
Why don’t I see the registry I created in-store on the site?
If you have recently created a registry in a store, please allow up to 3 business days for the registry to be posted online.
If you are unable to locate your registry, it is possible that the registry was not set up for online access. In this case, please call the toll-free number 1-888-448-8088 so that a customer service representative can post your registry online.
What if I used a nickname when I created my in-store registry?
Information that you used when you created your registry in the store is used to match your registry to the WeddingChannel.com account you are about to create. Use the same information when creating your account that you used when you created your registry. Once your registry and WeddingChannel.com account are linked, you can easily modify your account information (name, email, event date, password) by following these easy steps:
- Log in to your account at www.WeddingChannel.com.
- Once you are logged in, scroll to the middle of the page and click on the "Update Your Account" link located on the left side of the page.
- From the "Your Account" page, make your changes and click the "Submit" button located at the bottom of the page.
How do I add/remove items from my registry?
- Log in to your account at www.weddingchannel.com/login
- Once you're logged in, go to the "Your Gift Registry" header, located on the upper right-hand side of the screen, and click on the registry store name.
- Choose items from our online selection and add them to your registry. You can also remove an item from your registry by changing the number in the "Quantity Requested" field to zero. If you have received items that are not reflected on your registry, you can update your list by changing the quantity in the "Still Needs" column. Make sure you click on the column-appropriate "Update" button to save your changes.
- Items that are only available in-store cannot be added or deleted online. You will need to visit or call the store location for these changes to be made.
What if my event date has changed?
You can change the event date on your WeddingChannel.com account by following these easy steps:
- Log in to your account at www.WeddingChannel.com.
- Once you are logged in, click on “Account Home” at the top of the page.
- From the "Your Account" page, change your event date using the dropdown menu, and click the "Submit" button located at the bottom of the page.
To update each of your registries, go to the "Your Gift Registry" header, located on the upper right-hand side of the screen, and click on the registry store name. Once you have logged in to your registry account, click on “Manage Your Account’ and edit your wedding date.
How do I change my “ship to” address?
To change your “ship to” address, you must call each retailer individually toll-free:

How do I delete a duplicate registry?
A duplicate registry will appear both online and in the store. For this reason, it is best to contact the retailer's Customer Service Center directly to have the duplicate registry removed from both locations. It can take 24-48 hours for these requests to be processed. Please contact the retailer with whom you have the duplicate registry at one of the following toll-free telephone numbers:

How do I inform my guests of a non-partner registry that I have?
While links/logos to stores that we are not affiliated with cannot be added to the main guest search-results page, you can include that information in the text of your Wedding Website. Most couples enter this information in the Additional Information field of the “Gift Registry” page.
Please note that you need to have at least two partnered registries in order for the Additional Information to appear when your guests click on your "Multiple Registries" link from the guest search-results page. If you have only one partnered registry, your guests would first need to view your Wedding Website, then click on the "Gift Registry" link to see the Additional Information.
Why haven’t I received the enclosure cards I ordered?
The enclosure-card orders are sent the next business day via USPS Mail from Redding, California. If you do not receive the enclosure cards within 10 business days, please place a new order online.
Can I get enclosure cards even though I don’t have a registry with a WeddingChannel.com partner?
The enclosure cards we offer are co-branded with a store name, therefore you must have a registry with one of our partner stores to order our complimentary enclosure cards.
To order your enclosure cards:
- Log in to your www.WeddingChannel.com account.
- Click on the "Registry" link located on the top navigation bar.
- Click on the "Enclosure Cards" link.
