How do I create a Macy’s registry online?
To create a registry with Macy’s, simply log on to
www.weddingchannel.com and follow these steps:
1. Click on “Registry” from the top navigation bar.
2. On the Registry Homepage you will see the list of our partner stores. Select "Macy’s."
3. You will be directed to a store page where you can begin the online registry process by either selecting to create a new account, or by logging into your existing WeddingChannel.com account.
4. At the end of the process -- just two easy steps -- you will be given a registry number on your registry confirmation page. Please keep this number for your records.
After you have started your registry, you can begin adding products from our online catalog. You can also remove items from your registry by changing the numbers in the indicated fields, and clicking on the appropriate "Update" link.
Why can’t I find my Macy’s registry online?
We apologize for the problems you are experiencing locating your online registry.
You may be unable to locate your registry if you recently registered in a store. Please allow at least 24 hours for your in-store registry to be posted online.
Another explanation may be that you did not request online access when you created the registry in the store. In this case, please call 1-888-989-9333 and select option 2 so that a customer service representative can submit a request to post your registry. Once this is done, it will be available on our site within 24 hours.

How long will my Macy’s registry be available?
Your registry is available online 13 months after your wedding date. However, if a transaction takes place on your registry after your wedding date, then it will be available for another 13 months after the transaction date.
What is the difference between registering online or in a Macy’s store?
There is no difference. When you create a registry either online or in the store, your registry is also available at both. The systems are linked together so that your guests will be able to shop in store, in addition to having access to our online shopping capabilities.
Why do online and in-store prices vary for Macy’s?
Because Macys.WeddingChannel.com is a separate entity with its own pricing strategy, the store sale pricing will not apply to items purchased online and vice versa. As long as items are purchased within a store location, they are eligible for the current in-store sale prices. Online prices are good for the day of purchase and may change.
What if I can’t find an item online that I need to add to my Macy’s registry?
If an item you wish to add to your registry is not found in the online selection at WeddingChannel.com, simply contact your in-store bridal consultant to have it added to your registry. Currently, the most popular items make up the online registry selection, which is consistently being expanded.
When will purchases reflect on my Macy’s registry online?
After a purchase is made, it will be reflected in the online and in-store registries within 24 hours. If you know a purchase has been made, and the change doesn’t reflect after 24 hours, please call Internet Customer Service at 1-888-989-9333 and select option 2. A representative will further assess the situation.
How can my guests outside of the United States order off of my Macy’s registry?

If you did not purchase a gift from the online registry, you will need to obtain the address from the couple themselves or a close family member or friend of the bride and groom.
