How do I create an online REI registry?
To create an online REI registry, simply log on to www.weddingchannel.com and follow these steps:
1. Click on Registry from the top navigation bar.
2. On the Registry Homepage you will see the list of our partner stores. Select REI.
3. Once you click on the store name, you will be directed to a store information page where you can begin the online registry process. Click on "Start your registry online."
Please note that REI has chosen to have separate registries based on whether the couple signs up online or in the store. In-store created registries are not available for online access, and vice versa.
Why don’t all of my REI items show up in my registry?
REI has chosen to have separate registries based on whether the couple signs up on-line or in the store. Therefore, the items available are also different. You can register for in-store items by visiting an REI store near you. However, please note that in-store registries are not available for online access, and vice versa.
How do I update my REI registry?
If you would like to update an online REI registry with your gift purchase, please contact the retailer directly at 1-800-426-4840.
My REI registry is still not showing up under my account.
So that the link will be available on our site, please log in to your REI.com account and check your Guest Access Options to make sure that you have chosen WeddingChannel.com Access. You can also contact REI at 1-800-426-4840 to confirm that your registry is set to be sent over for access on our site. Any changes will be reflected on our site within 24 hours.
How do I order enclosure cards?
You can now order your enclosure cards online from your Wedding Account. Once you're logged in, click on the “Registry” link located on the left side navigation bar, then click on "Enclosure Cards."
I live outside the United States. Can I have enclosure cards sent to me?
Enclosure cards cannot be sent outside of the United States, but if you have a shipping address within the U.S. we would be more than happy to send those out to you. When you create a bridal registry online with WeddingChannel.com, you will need to provide a United States ship-to address for all your gifts to be sent as well.
How do I purchase a gift from a couple’s REI registry?
To make a purchase from a registry, visit our homepage at http://www.weddingchannel.com. You will be able to search for the name of a bride or groom by filling in the search fields, and the search results should display any stores at which they are registered. Simply click on the store name to view the contents of their registry.
