Mandarin Oriental in Miami, Florida
The Hotel: Even though this hotel is right in the center of it all -- on Brickell Key, steps away from South Beach -- it still feels like a secluded oasis. For one thing, it has its own beach. Plus, all of the 326 rooms have views of the bay (and balconies!).
What to Do: While you could dance until sunrise at the all-night clubs in South Beach, you could also opt to relax in the 15,000-square-foot spa. It has 17 private rooms, and you can choose from tons of treatments, or just take one of the yoga or Pilates classes. Spend your afternoons relaxing at the beach club or lounging by the infinity pool, and then head to dinner at one of the hotel’s three restaurants.
