Ultimate Destination Weddings (ultimatedestinationweddings.blogspot.com) is a practical guide to destination weddings from a couple who had one. They cover everything from passports to scuba diving along with all the typical wedding details. It's not a vendor site.

http://caribbeanjourney.blogspot.com/ You need to look no further!! Laura planned and hosted her own wedding for 120 guests in Jamaica - so she draws from her own personal experience as well as her 12 years as a Caribbean Travel Specialist. Her blog is full of real wedding photos, beautiful locations, free wedding packages (!!!), and great design ideas for decor, personalized goodie bags, and more. Laura not only shares all the above (and MORE) but also will work with you to choose the perfect venue and coordinate everything to make your dream a reality!

so many wedding websites are all about DIY and vintage color boards. it's nice to have one that actually discusses real things that apply to real weddings. http://pacificweddings.com/

I'm going to nominate my own blog http://www.engagedinparis.com where a real bride shares her journey during the planning of a destination wedding in the South of France for family and friends who will be flying in from North and South America, as well as Asia, the Middle East and other parts of Europe. This blog is not intended to help with the logistics of planning a destination wedding in France, but rather how one can take advantage of the beautiful venue and culture of the destination to incorporate unique touches to make the wedding experience memorable for the guests.
