Low-Hanging Chains
Pile on the chains, ladies. Lots of low-hanging jewelry is “it” for bridal neckwear this fall. Pile it on for your something blue or to tone down your look for a destination or beach wedding. Mix metals or go bead-or-rhinestone-crazy -- it’s the length that makes the look, not the chains themselves.
