What price range is acceptable to spend on wedding party gifts?

A

The amount to spend on wedding party gifts is really up to you. These gifts need not be expensive but should be a meaningful commemoration of the occasion. Although traditionally the bride chooses gifts for her attendants and the groom for his, couples may give the same gift to everyone. Typical gifts both for bridesmaids and groomsmen/ushers include glassware, picture frames, quality costume jewelry, and decorative boxes. Favors for guests at the wedding reception are optional. If given, these can be simple and special, anything from high-end chocolate to seed packets with an attached note about your wedding.
