What are common myths about destination weddings?

A One of the biggest myths about destination weddings is that no one will come. It’s true, destination wedding guest lists are often shorter, but you can never guarantee what people will do. Don’t invite 200 guests counting on only 100 yeses. Another myth is that you won’t find great vendors where you’re headed. If you work with a planner or coordinator from the resort you should be able to find the type of accommodations and vendors you’re looking for without a hassle. And if you can’t find good people to work with, just fly down your choice vendors from home. Third, people see destination weddings as expensive when they can actually save you money thanks to all-inclusive packages that include honeymoons in addition to all the other wedding details.
