Banded Banded: A stand up collar that buttons at center front. Also known as a mandarin collar.
Crossover Crossover: A dress shirt collar with a laydown collar that crosses and fastens at center front. Commonly worn with a button cover.
Turndown Laydown: A man’s shirt collar with both a stand and a collar that lays down over the stand.
Spread Spread: Similar to a laydown collar. The points of the collar lay open or spread to accommodate a bowtie or necktie at the center front neckline.
Wing Wing: A tailored shirt collar with spread points and is stitched on a neckband. Also called dandy collar.
