Q: "Jen, how did people react when you broke the news?"
Everyone was so excited for me -- especially my mom. She obviously knew it was coming since Joe had already asked my dad for his blessing, but it’s just something she’s known I’ve wanted for a long time and couldn’t believe it was actually happening! She also loves Joe, so that’s a bonus. Luckily, I’m in a position where most of my friends are married or in solid relationships, so I didn’t have to worry about hurting anyone’s feelings.
