Do my wedding programs have to match my decor?

A Though they certainly can, wedding programs don’t have to match your wedding ceremony decor. They can be as simple or as creative as you and your groom want them to be -- as long as they’re readable and displayed or handed out in a way so your guests have easy access to them when they arrive. Lots of couples who have outdoor, summer wedding ceremonies make their programs double as fans, which is easy to do with card stock and some thick Popsicle sticks. Ceremony programs are a perfect DIY project because you can buy the card stock and paper you want, and easily print them at home. Aug 05, 2009
