Which Flowers Are in Season in the Fall?

A

Fall conjures up images of fiery foliage in reds, oranges, and greens -- the most popular colors for fall weddings. Brides looking for bright shades turn to roses in droves. Rich reds, burnt oranges, deep peaches, and sunny yellows are available year-round and look particularly gorgeous at autumn weddings.

Dahlias are perfect for cost-conscious couples -- they’re brightly hued, available in reds and oranges, and can cost a fraction of the price of roses.

Gerbera daisies are full, long-stemmed blooms that come in reds, pinks, oranges, and yellows.

Brides don’t have to give up their dreams of wedding-white bridal bouquets. Calla lilies and camellias come in white and both are available in the fall.

Hydrangeas, commonly known for their purple, lavender, and blue hues also come in stark white and make beautiful bouquets and centerpieces.

For whites with a touch of color, daisies add a splash of yellow with their bright centers, and are very affordable.
