Meet the Nutritionist
Cindy Whitmarsh is a former Olympic gold medalist. She holds a degree in Corporate and Community Fitness. Whitmarsh is an ACE certified instructor, and served as Group Exercise manager for Frogs Club from 1995 to 1998. She founded Ultrafit Nutrition Systems in 1997. Whitmarsh has starred in numerous fitness DVDs, and is the author of “101 Ways to Work Out with Weights: Effective Exercises to Sculpt Your Body and Burn Fat” and “Ultrafit: Challenging Workouts – Amazing Results.” She currently lives and works in San Diego, CA.
