Should I pay for my attendants' hair and beauty treatments?

A

When it comes to paying for your bridal party members’ hair and makeup, there’s no traditional protocol to follow here. If you want your attendants’ hair and makeup professionally done or are requiring them to have a specific hairstyle or makeup palette, it’s a nice gesture to offer to pay for these services yourself.

Always consider your attendants’ other expenses , from travel to bridesmaid dresses to participation in parties and showers; the cost can add up. That said, if you’re not planning to pay for your bridesmaids’ hair and makeup, you should let them know the cost upfront and be open to letting them do their own should they not want to pay to see the stylist or makeup artist you're suggesting.
