Sure you can slave away at the gym to slim your thighs or try expensive makeup to minimize your big nose -- but why not just opt for a little nip and tuck instead? On November 28, E! will debut a new reality TV show called Bridalplasty in which 12 real life brides will compete for the chance to win the ultimate surgical makeover. Despite the massive criticism that's erupted since plans for the show were announced, things will go off as scheduled with girls risking it all on national television for everything from dental veneers to breast enhancements. And the final twist? The groom-to-be of the winning bride won't see his betrothed until -- you guessed it -- the two are standing at the altar. What will she look like? And how will he react? Stay tuned. (Bridalplasty premieres on Nov. 28 at 9 p.m.).
