You can definitely have both a band and a DJ supply your wedding music. The two can work together to prevent a break in music. If the look and sound of a band fit your wedding style perfectly but you still want your college friends to get down on the dance floor later in the night, have the band play the first couple of hours and bring a DJ in for the rest. Some bands even bring DJ equipment with them specifically for their break time. Find out before you book both.
