Why isn’t my new Williams-Sonoma registry showing up on WeddingChannel.com?
Williams-Sonoma registries take 1-3 business days to show up on our site after they are created. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

I’m having problems with my Williams-Sonoma registry. What can I do?

How do I order enclosure cards?
You can now order your enclosure cards online from your Wedding Account.  Once you're logged in, click on the “Registry” link located on the left side navigation bar, then click on "Enclosure Cards."
 
I live outside the United States.  Can I have enclosure cards sent to me?
Enclosure cards cannot be sent outside of the United States, but if you have a shipping address within the U.S. we would be more than happy to send those out to you.  When you create a bridal registry online with WeddingChannel.com, you will need to provide a United States ship-to address for all your gifts to be sent as well.

How do I order from a couple’s Williams-Sonoma registry?
To make a purchase from a registry, visit our homepage at http://www.weddingchannel.com.  You will be able to search for the name of a bride or groom by filling in the search fields, and the search results should display any stores at which they are registered. Simply click on the store name to view the contents of their registry.

How do I check on an order purchased from a Williams-Sonoma registry?
